WE ARE BOSTON DOG BUTLERS! Boston Dog Butlers was founded in 2017 by two lifelong pet owners (Don & Eli) who are on a mission to provide peace of mind around pet care through exceptional and consistent service to the Boston pet owner community. In 2019, the Ownership team was supplemented by adding Pete as our lead operating partner who brought the company a new level of care and commitment to our pets that exceeds any other pet care service in the city.

The entire Boston Dog Butlers’ pet care team knows what it means to treat clients’ pets as part of the family. Our Pet Promise is to bring our dogs safe, quality playtime and care with responsive and solutions-oriented customer service for their parents! To keep it simple, we love dogs, and we’re here to make sure our dogs enjoy a spectacular quality of life through daily play!

OUR TEAM: Our team is focused on delivering safe, high quality pet services to the Boston community. It is our mission to provide our clients peace of mind knowing their pets are in the best possible hands and ensure they have convenience in pet ownership through our end-to-end pet care solution.

As a client of Boston Dog Butlers, you have access and a direct contact to every person responsible for your services up to and including the entire ownership team. This includes your primary pet care specialist, territory/program managers, client success and scheduling managers, and the entire ownership team.

Our pet specialists are highly trained in both safety and delivering exceptional quality pet care. Our team knows not only dogs in general and how to satisfy their needs for mental and physical stimulation, socialization, and love but we also get to know your dog personally, so we can ensure our programs are tailored to your pet’s needs. Our team continues to sharpen their pet care skills in the field every day through continuing education programs which are built in-house by our certified dog trainers and behaviorists. You will not find a team as skilled and loving of dogs as Boston Dog Butlers anywhere.
